Washington Elevator is proud to announce our new Small Business Partnership with Eleven Sports Media and the Seattle Seahawks! Scott Bilsborrow, Vice President of Partnerships at Eleven Sports, and Arthur Spencer, Senior Manager of Partnerships at Eleven Sports Media, extended the Small Business Partnership to us, where local small businesses, through the influence of sports, can deepen professional relationships and perhaps more importantly, increase the positive impact we can bring to the community we serve. We also want to offer a sincere thank you to Daniel Green, our Senior Account Manager at Eleven Sports Media, who has provided tremendous support due to his experience executing dedicated small business programs globally and through his trusted partnership with the Seattle Seahawks.

Eleven Sports Media expanded into the West Coast through their groundbreaking partnership with the Seattle Seahawks in July of 2024, following recent successes with other elite sports teams across the US.

As Owners of Washington Elevator, Founder Jason Schaplow and Partner Sarah Waterman, are very excited for this opportunity, where our company and our team, will be able to build upon our commitment to community while also offering elevator services with passion and excellence. Sarah Waterman

Sarah has been in the customer service business for over 25 years, first in Property Management, then transitioning into the Elevator industry, where she held the position of General Manager at Seattle's largest, most reputable independent company, followed by Branch Manager & Senior Sales Manager at one of the OEM majors.

However, her shared values & trust with the Founder, Jason, whom she worked with for nearly 10 years in the trade, plus her authentic desire to bring a breath of fresh air into the industry, compelled her to join Washington Elevator as a Partner in July of 2022. Sarah strives to provide a positive customer experience in order to build a long-term partnership.

When she isn't leading the team, she loves spending time with her two amazing teenagers, crabbing on Whidbey Island, but on a good night, her favorite activity is beating her husband in a game of cribbage!
