Big news! Thanks to you, we’re now serving from Bellingham down to Vancouver, WA!

Thanks to the continued support of our incredible customers and partners, we’re excited to announce that Washington Elevator is expanding into Vancouver, WA — building on our strong presence across the greater Seattle–Puget Sound region, including Bellingham, Everett, Tacoma, and Olympia.

This is a big milestone for our team, and we’re proud to bring the same locally owned, customer-first approach to the Vancouver community that’s defined us from the start. To help lead this expansion, we’re thrilled to welcome Matthew Olson as our new Elevator Growth Architect. With over seven years in the industry and deep expertise in service, repair, and modernization, Matthew brings the consultative mindset and energy we need to build strong partnerships and deliver lasting value in a new market. Fun fact: Matthew was once the customer himself while working at the University of Oregon Elevator Division — so yes, he’s a Duck… but we won’t hold that against him. 🦆

We’re excited for what’s ahead and incredibly grateful for your support. Know someone in Vancouver we should connect with? We’d love to hear from you.

Sarah Waterman

Sarah has been in the customer service business for over 25 years, first in Property Management, then transitioning into the Elevator industry, where she held the position of General Manager at Seattle's largest, most reputable independent company, followed by Branch Manager & Senior Sales Manager at one of the OEM majors.

However, her shared values & trust with the Founder, Jason, whom she worked with for nearly 10 years in the trade, plus her authentic desire to bring a breath of fresh air into the industry, compelled her to join Washington Elevator as a Partner in July of 2022. Sarah strives to provide a positive customer experience in order to build a long-term partnership.

When she isn't leading the team, she loves spending time with her two amazing teenagers, crabbing on Whidbey Island, but on a good night, her favorite activity is beating her husband in a game of cribbage!
